Christian Next up...its our international pot luck dinner. As you guys know, I can't cook at all. So, I was thinking about some really simple, local dishes. And goreng pisang came to my mind. Well, fried bananas mah....just get bananas...dip in flour...fry it...can liao lor! (Easier said than done) Just to make sure I'm able to make a presentable dish on Saturday, I was practicing with Xin from China on Friday. Nevermind that it didn't turn out the way it should look like. But it does taste like (well, a little bit..LOL) what we have in Singapore.

Final Product: 'Nuggets' Goreng Pisang Anyway, since the project didn't fail..we decided to embark on it on Saturday! Food Critics' (Friends) Comments: 1. WOW...it taste better than what you made on Friday! 2. OMG...I really like it! Best food of the night! 3. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm....nice nice...can you fry these for me every week? I think they don't wanna my feelings..haha. Cuz at the end of the day when I tasted the bananas...ewwwwwwwwwww....soft and not crispy at all.
